His blood is a mirror to my stinginess, unthankfulness and greediness. Godly ambition is a beautiful pursuit when I understand and grasp that I already have everything. Otherwise, striving for more becomes meaningless if my heart is not satisfied and delighted with Jesus alone.

Salvation is the most precious gift ever received and needed from God. Yet, He is so generous that He chooses deliberately to give additional blessings and promises… even after He gave His Son. Jesus is ‘the’ everything. God could have stopped there and it would have been enough for angels to sing joyful hymns eternally. But He did not. He is still giving more and so is my heart rejoicing! 

Selah. Where would I be without Jesus? Father, while you turn my heart to Your Son, transform me into His likeness. Let me learn to rejoice over Him. Falling in love again with His sacrifice and infinite forgiveness. Let me dwell on His unconditional love and swim endlessly in His incomparable peace. Again teach me your generosity and mercifully keep my heart thankful,  being satisfied and content at your feet, the greatest treasure.
